Hold & Cancellation Policy

Punchcards
Punchcards are non-refundable. However a punchcard may be transferred from one user to another if the original card-holder is unable to use the classes remaining on their account. To transfer your punchcard, email info@triangleself-defense.com.

Memberships
All memberships are set to auto-renew at the end of their period in Zenplanner. If you need to cancel your membership or place it on hold, at least 7 days' notice is required by email to info@triangleself-defense.com to avoid extra charges.

Holds
Account holds are limited to one month for every 3 months of membership. 

Cancellations
Cancellations require a $100 cancellation fee, and 50% of the remaining balance owed in the contract for monthly memberships. 

No refunds for paid-in-full memberships. However a membership may be transferred from one user to another if the original member is unable to use the time remaining on their account. To transfer your membership, email info@triangleself-defense.com.
